Is using CampMap.app free?▼
Yes. Browsing locations, reading reviews and using the map is completely free. Campsite owners can add a listing for free - the first 100 listings are free forever.
How can I add my campsite / tent field?▼
Sign up on CampMap.app, then click "Add listing" in the owner panel. Prepare photos, a description, prices and a list of amenities. After verification, your listing will appear on the map.
How do bookings work?▼
A logged-in user selects dates and the number of guests, then sends a booking request. The owner confirms the booking and contacts the guest about the details and payment.
Can I edit or delete my review?▼
Yes. Log in to your account, go to the location and find your review. You can edit or delete it at any time.
How do I report incorrect information about a location?▼
Write to us at [email protected] with the location name and a description of the problem. We verify reports within 48 hours.
What languages is the platform available in?▼
CampMap.app is available in Polish, English, German, Czech and Slovak. The language is selected automatically based on your location, but you can change it at any time.
Is my personal data safe?▼
Yes. We use SSL/TLS encryption, we don't sell personal data and we comply with the GDPR. More in our Privacy Policy.
